Terms of service

The service

BoardJudgement turns your financial data into reconciled reports and board packs, and answers questions about those figures through an AI Copilot. Today data comes in through Excel and CSV upload; connectors to accounting systems open as each one is verified.

Your account

• You must be able to bind your organisation to these terms.
• Keep sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• An organisation admin controls who has access and what they can see.

Plans and paying

• Core is £50 and Group is £149 per workspace a month. Partner is £25 per client a month.
• AI Copilot use is charged on top at cost, up to a monthly ceiling you set.
• Paid subscriptions aren't open yet. A workspace starts as a pilot, with the limits shown on the pricing page.
• If a renewal payment fails, paid features can stop until it is put right.
• An organisation that never makes its first payment is deleted from day 14, and at least 7 days after we email its admins a notice. Choosing a plan stops this.
• If the accounting practice paying for your organisation closes its account and you don't choose a plan, your organisation is deleted 90 days after the practice closed, or later if a notice went out late. Your admins are told at the start and 14 days before, and can export your data throughout. Choosing a plan stops this for good.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us the right to process it to provide the service, and you confirm you are entitled to put it in. We handle it as described in the privacy notice, and the suppliers involved are on the sub-processors page.

Figures and AI answers

The service flags a figure that is stale or doesn’t reconcile to its source, and it can only be as right as the data it is given. AI answers and drafted narrative can be wrong, so a person should check them: each answer shows the query behind it for that purpose. Nothing in the service is accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and decisions remain yours.

Acceptable use

• Don't try to reach another client's data, or get past access rules or usage limits.
• Don't put in data you have no right to process.
• Don't use the service to break the law, or disrupt it for others.

Ending

You can stop at any time. When an organisation is deleted its database is dropped and its files erased as the privacy notice describes, and a final backup is destroyed after 30 days. Export anything you want to keep first.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will ask you to accept the new version when you next sign in.
